Pras: There Are Other Candidates More Suitable Than Wyclef

I’m usually the first person to spot a hater but Pras has some valid points. At this point the people living in the tent city need food water and medical care. As with Katrina people have already started the forgetting process, we’ll focus on the natural disaster for a few months and its “I’ve donated my dollar I’m over it!”. If there is no real plan for Haiti there will be no positive change. It’s wrong for the people of Haiti to be exploited after everything they’ve already been through.

Hometown Love: Frequent Flyer Club

Identical twins FlySan and Sonic (Born in GA raised in OH) make up the group Frequent Flyer Club. Relatively new to the game the two are making music reflective of their personalities. In my brief Interview with FlySan he speaks on why he feels their group stands out from others and the differences in each others style and rhyme delivery. New Video: Janelle Monae – Cold War

Alright guys, there are several reasons why this video is greatness. 1) Janelle is beautiful! No SERIOUSLY! She’s stunning even her cry face is gorgeous and I can’t say that about anyone. 2) Her voice is amazing! There aren’t many artist that can touch her vocally and I appreciate the fact that she always gives us some kind of substance with her music. Lately I’ve been feeling a lot of the simple themed videos. I’ve always said that I don’t necessarily need to be razzle-dazzled to enjoy a video. Sometimes we let videos overshadow the music and we end up trying hard to make the connection with the song and the video and how the two go together. There are times when the music should speak for itself this is a great example of that.

Montana “Chippy-D” Fishburne Has Been Hookin’ for a Year!?

In an interview with Carlton Jordan Montana Fishburne’s friend NeNe gives us the whole uncensored truth! Not only is Montana about to be a poon starra but boyfriend J-Pipes has been pimping her out for a year now! Nene also goes on to say that Jeremy (J-Pipes) not only Pimped Montana but her as well! Nene also refers to Jeremy as her man in some of the interview which bugs me.

I’m not sure if she agreed to do the interview out of jealousy over the fact that Jeremy is more interested in the potential money he can gain from Montana or if she’s truly a concerned friend. On the 3rd part of the interview Nene says she too will be working in adult films. I’ve predicted that Jeremy (who looks like that dude who played zero in holes) will resurface to lay some pipe and take her money. All I know is I’m not about to set up any kind of intervention for this one. Shit it’s 2010 I’m gonna need for people to wise up!

All week I’ve been singing “hide ya kids, hide ya wives!” I’m living for Antoine Dodson’s androgynous arse right now. (PAUSE) He’s got the best lace front wigs, best bandanna’s and the best lumberjack inspired outfits! I feel obligated to subscribe to his channel to stay on top of the fuckery that is sure to come. Of course I hope they find his sisters attacker and stab him in the testies but I’m waiting on Antoine to act the fool on the youtube!

Nina Sky: The Other Side

These ladies helped me out during the MTVTJ competition and I’ll love them forever for that! I’ve been keeping up with these two over at their BLOG. The Other Side is without a doubt a dance EP. You get a feel of some of the old stuff but you see the growth and get a better feel of what they’re about with this EP.
